BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's soccer team looks to add to its three-game win streak on Wednesday, Sept. 17 in Fulton, Mo. for a battle with Westminster College (Mo.). Match time is set for 6 p.m. at Blue Jay Field at Kent and Judith Mueller Stadium.

The Titans (3-2-0) are coming off three consecutive wins, most recently at Wartburg College on Sunday, Sept. 14. Sophomore Liza Wiley (Bloomington, Ind.-Home School) and junior Sophie Lampert (Hudson, Ill.-Normal West) recorded goals in the first half to push the Titans to a 2-1 victory. Sophomore Vanessa Gray (Burlington, Ontario, Canada-Dr. Frank J. Hayden) recorded a near-shutout, saving six shots and giving up the only Knight's goal of the game in the 89th minute.

The Blue Jays (2-2-0) most recently defeated NAIA Stephen's College 2-0 Wednesday, Sept. 10. Prior to that, College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin foe Millikin University bested Westminster 2-1 on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

Westminster and Illinois Wesleyan have a limited history, meeting just once before in the first round of the 2015 NCAA Tournament. The Titans defeated the Blue Jays 7-0 in that contest.
