CCIW Unveils Men’s Wrestling Preseason Poll

The Titans open their season, Nov. 8 at the Millikin Open

CCIW RELEASE

NAPERVILLE, Ill.- The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin released its 2025-26 preseason men's wrestling coaches poll, Wednesday, Oct. 29. The Titans earned 12 points to rank 10th in the conference. 

North Central, which finished sixth at last year's national meet sits atop the poll with nine first-place votes, good for 81 points. Millikin is ranked second, garnering one first-place vote and 72 points. MSOE, Aurora, and Elmhurst all ranked within seven points of each other in third through fifth, respectively. 

Augustana booked 46 points and took sixth. Carthage slid into seventh with 35 points. Wheaton and Concordia-Wisconsin ranked eighth and ninth, with 35 and 23 points, respectively, while the Titans rounded out the poll (12).

The Titans open their season, Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Millikin Open. The Green and White's home slate begins Monday, Nov. 17 against North Central at 7 p.m. in the back half of a doubleheader with the IWU women's wrestling team at the Shirk Center.
