NEW ORLEANS – The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's cross country teams had four Titans earn United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors after posting top-35 finishes at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championships this past Saturday, Nov. 16. The USTFCCCA announced its full list of all-region honorees, Monday, Nov. 18.

Earning the distinction were seniors Annalese Chudy (Libertyville, Ill.-Libertyville) and Nick Fisch (Woodridge, Ill.-Montini Catholic), junior Adriana Crabtree (Normal, Ill.-University High), and freshman Maddie Morgan (Glen Ellyn, Ill.-Glenbard West).

The honor marks the third for Chudy and second for Crabtree, while Fisch and Morgan earn the first all-region accolades of their careers.

Crabtree turned in a top-15 finish at Saturday's regional, placing 13th overall to become the highest-finishing Titan at the regional championships since Erin McCarey placed 12th in 2015. Crabtree's 22:03.6 effort earned her an at-large bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., Saturday, Nov. 23.

Morgan finished 25th overall with a personal-best time of 22:30.2 in her regional championship debut.

Chudy capped off her cross country career with her third all-region nod after placing 27th with a time of 22:36.4 at the regional. Chudy was the first-ever sophomore to qualify for the national championship and the first Titan to qualify in back-to-back seasons in 2022 and 2023.

Fisch earns his first all-region honor after a 32nd-place showing at regionals where he was just three seconds shy of his personal-best, clocking in at 25:19.1. On the men's side, Fisch is the highest-placing Titan at the Midwest Regionals in 22 years when All-American Tim Hachmeister finished fifth in 2002.

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin had 21 student-athletes earn all-region honors with 14 men and seven women making the list. Illinois Wesleyan had the most selections on the women's side with three while North Central had the most on the men's side with six.

Crabtree will head to Terre Haute, Ind. Saturday, Nov. 23 for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships. Race time for the women is set for 11 a.m. ET with the men to follow at noon ET.
