Men’s Soccer heads to Knox for Tuesday night Tangle

Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. at Jorge Prats Field

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's soccer team is hungry for its third win of the season, taking on the Prairie Fire of Knox College Tuesday, Sept. 19. Playing at sundown, kickoff is set for a 5 p.m. start at Jorge Prats Field in Galesburg, Ill.

The Titans enter the contest 2-2 overall, coming off a 1-nil loss to Lake Forest College. Knox heads into tomorrow's match 3-3 overall, with its most recent game being a 4-2 win to Simpson College.

Tuesday's contest will be the 12th meeting all-time, with the series dating back to 1997. The Titans are 10-2 against the Prairie Fire with the most recent match up on Sept. 13, 2022. The Green and White defeated the Prairie Fire, 4-3, in a close match.
