Men’s Tennis Falls to Millikin in CCIW Quarterfinals

Titans finish 2022-23 season 10-10

WHEATON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's tennis team fell to Millikin University, 5-2, in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament Quarterfinals Thursday, April 27. The Titans finish the season 10-10 overall, and went 2-5 in the conference regular season.

Freshman Ian Turnbull (Bloomington, Ill.-Bloomington) and senior Carter Burk (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal U High) secured a win at No. 1 doubles, defeating Millikin's top duo, 8-5.

Head coach Sam Totten is set to return nine players for the 2023-24 season.
