Titans travel to Millikin Oct. 11 for next CCIW contest

WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Illinois Wesleyan University men's soccer team held off Carroll University through 90 minutes, resulting in a 0-0 draw Saturday, Oct. 7 at Schneider Stadium. The Titans move to a 3-4-3 (1-1-2 CCIW) record while Carroll picks up its first tie of the season with a 5-6-1 (1-2-1 CCIW) record.

A scoreless first half saw the Titans trail 2-0 in both shots and corners while Sam Kedzior (Cary, Ill.-Cary Grove) recorded the only save in the opening 45 minutes.

Facing a scrappy second half that saw 10 fouls from the Pioneers and only four from the Titans, IWU got off five shots to Carroll's eight while Kedzior managed to deny three. Five Titans got shots off in the contest with Brody Seaton (Dunlap, Ill.-Peoria Notre Dame) leading with two.
