BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team is gearing up for another College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin dual as the Green and White will travel to battle No. 20 Millikin University Friday, Oct. 1. First serve is set for 7 p.m. inside the Griswold Center. IWU boasts an overall record of 8-9 (2-1 CCIW), while the Big Blue holds an 11-4 (2-0 CCIW) record.
Overall, Millikin owns a slight 28-24 series advantage over the Titans. IWU has been defeated in the previous three matchups. These two teams most recently competed April 14 of this year with the Big Blue coming out victorious in four sets. The Green and White's last victory came on Sept. 27, 2019 in straight sets.
Illinois Wesleyan last took the court Wed. Sept. 29 as it took on CCIW opponent North Park University. IWU won the first set (25-21), then saw the Vikings take back-to-back sets (24-26, 25-13) to own a 2-1 lead. The Green and White won an intense fourth set (27-25) and dominated the fifth and decisive set (15-4) to leave Chicago with a 3-2 victory.
For the season, senior Courtney McAuliffe (Lemont, Ill. - Lemont) leads Illinois Wesleyan with 168 kills and 63 blocks. McAuliffe has a cumulative hitting percentage north of .300 with a .308 clip.
Junior Evy Makris (Orland Park, Ill. - Sandburg) is second on the team with her 107 kills. Senior
Jessica McCall (Wayne, Ill. - Wheaton St. Francis) third on the team with 105 and junior
Grace Sanders (Bloomington, Ill - Bloomington) is fourth with 104 kills. Sophomore

Orland Park, Ill. - Chicago Christain) rounds out the top five with 86 kills.
Senior Amber Juarez (Bloomington, Ill. - Normal U High) has produced the most digs on the team with 186. Sanders and McCall have accumulated 174 and 140 digs, respectively. Senior
Madi Corey (Frankfort, Ill. - Lincoln-Way East) has 117 digs, while Washko has notched 115.
The setting duo featuring Corey and freshman Ava Porada (Frankfort, Ill. - Lincoln-Way East) has accounted for 621 total assists for the year. Corey has 328 and Porada has 293 assists. Corey also leads the Green and White with her 24 service aces.
