Men’s Tennis Shutout by Cedarville

Titans ready for last non-conference matchup, March 13

INDIANAPOLIS, Ill.- The Illinois Wesleyan University men's tennis team took a 7-0 loss in a dual-match against DII Cedarville University Saturday, March 6, in Indianapolis.

IWU won at No. 3 doubles, where seniors Dylan Mikaili (Naperville, Ill.- Waubonsie Valley) and Justin Piotrowski (Palatin, Ill.-Fremd) took the set from CU 6-4. Due to Division II rules though, the doubles point went to Cedarville as the Yellow Jackets won at No. 1 and 2 doubles.

IWU men's tennis will be back in Bloomington next weekend Saturday, March 13 at 2:30 p.m. as they take on Transylvania University. This will be the Titans last non-conference match-up before seven straight games against College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin opponents.
