Titans Set for Battle of Tottens in Clash with Cedarville

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's tennis team continues its season with a matchup against NCAA Division II foe Cedarville University Saturday, March 6. in Indianapolis, Ind. at 1:30 p.m. ET.

The Titans head into the weekend with an overall record of 5-1, while the Yellow Jackets sit at 1-2. Illinois Wesleyan got back on track with a 9-0 over Illinois College, Feb. 27. This will be the third matchup between IWU and CU with the Yellow Jackets winning the previous two matchups by scores of 9-0 and 6-1.

When the two teams take the court Saturday, there will be no shortage of Totten's. IWU Head Coach Sam Totten and his father, assistant coach Joe Totten, will lead the Titans against younger siblings Alex and Abby Totten. Alex plays at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles for the men's team, while Abby plays at No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles as a freshman for CU.
