BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The No. 24 Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team wrapped up play at Holiday Inn Express Classic I with 3-0 setbacks against Hendrix College and Otterbein University Saturday, Sept. 7. At the conclusion of the tournament, junior Jessica McCall (Wayne, Ill.-Wheaton St. Francis HS) was named to the all-tournament team.

The Titans fell to Hendrix with scores of 25-9, 25-17, and 25-19. McCall led the Titans with 13 digs and 10 kills, followed by 12 digs from sophomore Amber Juarez (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal University HS). 

In its second and final match of the day, IWU went down 25-13, 25-13, and 25-15.

McCall paced the Titans with six kills and 10 digs, while freshmen Riley Epperson (Payson, Ill.-Payson Seymour HS) and Evy Makris (Orland Park, Ill.-Sandburg HS) added a match-best three blocks apiece.

Illinois Wesleyan hosts the No. 13th-ranked University of Chicago Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m.
