BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's soccer team start its 2019 season in Michigan, as the Titans matchup with Calvin College Friday, Aug. 30, followed by Kalamazoo College Saturday, Aug. 31.

Patrick Hickey (Des Plaines, Ill.- St. Viator HS) returns after appearing in 14 games and scoring four goals, including two game-winners in 2018 en route to United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-Central Region and Second Team College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin All-Conference honors.
Illinois Wesleyan defensively returns three-year starting goalkeeper
Alex Ruckstaetter (Glen Ellyn, Ill.-Glenbard West HS). The Glen Ellyn, Ill. native appeared in all 16 games, while recording 39 saves and five shutouts a year ago.
IWU's season opener against the Knights is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and can be followed via live stats. The Titans complete the weekend in Kalamazoo, Mich. Saturday, with a 6 p.m ET matchup with the Hornets.
