UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Illinois Wesleyan senior attacker
Bailey Marth scored three of the team's five goals in the fourth quarter to propel the Titans to a 17-13 come-from behind win over John Carroll University on Sunday, March 10, at Don Shula Stadium in University Heights, Ohio.
The win improves the Titans' record to 3-0 while John Carroll is now 2-2.
Tied at 12-12 after three quarters, Marth scored goals with 12:00 left, 7:38 remaining and with 3:04 to play. Other fourth quarter goals came from freshman

Rick Smith, who tied Marth with four goals in the game while also having two assists.

J.C. Grabarek each had two goals as Illinois Wesleyan had a total of 54 shots compared to 35 for the Blue Streaks and led in shots on goal, 40-27.
IWU was successful on 17 of 22 clear attempts and won 23 of the 34 faceoffs as Grabarek had 18 of 26 faceoff wins and sophomore
Max Bousky won five of eight.

Logan Collins led the Blue Streaks with four goals and Bennett Gorman provided three assists.

Illinois Wesleyan's spring break trip takes the team to Fredericksburg, Va., for a meeting on Wednesday, March 13, at 4 p.m. ET against the University of Mary Washington.
