BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team closes out the regular season with a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin match at Elmhurst College Wednesday night, Oct. 30. The match has significant CCIW Tournament implications for the Titans, who could hold anywhere from the second to fifth seed in next week's tournament.
IWU currently sits at third overall in the CCIW standings with a 5-2 record, while Elmhurst enters the contest one game back of the Titans at 4-3 in league play. It will mark the 24th all-time meeting between the conference foes. The Bluejays lead the tally 20-13, but the Titans have come out victorious in the last five meetings.

Jessica McCall (Wayne, Ill.-Wheaton St. Francis) is slotted third in kills per set (3.21) and points per set (3.52), while sophomore
Madi Corey (Frankfort, Ill.-Lincoln-Way North) is fourth in the league with 7.38 assists per match. Corey is also ninth in the conference at 0.35 aces per set. Defensively, sophomore
Courtney McAuliffe (Lemont, Ill.-Lemont) and freshman
Evy Makris (Orland Park, Ill.-Carl Sandburg) are second and seventh, respectively, in blocks per set. McAuliffe, who has helped IWU go from 208th to 27th nationally in total blocks over the past month, averages 1.13 per set, while Makris adds 0.8 per set. Sophomore
Amber Juarez (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal U High) checks in at sixth with 4.42 digs per set, having notched a career-best 464 digs this season.
