Illinois Wesleyan Softball Splits Games at Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (Wednesday, April 11) – Junior Julie Josten's base hit drove home Kara Bischoff in the top of the seventh inning to give Illinois Wesleyan a 6-5 win over Lake Forest and salvage a split of a doubleheader on Wednesday, April 11 in Lake Forest, Ill.

The No. 16-ranked Titans, who lost game one by a 10-4 score, are now 16-7 overall while the Foresters are 16-8.

With two outs in the seventh, Bischoff and sophomore Ally Wiegand singled before Josten's single to rightfield scored what proved to be the winning run.
