ELMHURST, Ill. -- The No. 10-ranked Illinois Wesleyan softball team shut out the Elmhurst College Bluejays in back-to-back games on Saturday, March 31, defeating them by final scores of 5-0 and 3-0. Sophomore

Stephanie Prentice, who led-off the inning with a single. A series of errors allowed for Berghoff to score after sophomore
Shelby Fulk singled in the ensuing at-bat. After Fulk advanced to second on an error, sophomore

Senior Mackenzie Maquis (3-1) redeemed herself in the circle on Saturday pitching a complete game shutout. Marquis allowed three hits and one walk while striking out two batters.
Elmhurst held the Titans scoreless through four innings before Murphy was able to break through and drive in two on a single to left. Berghoff extended the Titans lead to three with a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning. Sophomore
