Rosie Pettenuzzo scored a pair of goals to fuel the Illinois Wesleyan women's soccer team to a 4-1 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin win over North Park on Monday, Oct. 8, at IWU's Neis Field.
The Titans improved to 9-2-0 overall and 2-1-0 in the conference while the Vikings are set back to 4-6-1 and 0-2-1 in CCIW play.
Pettenuzzo scored early in the game at 4:51 assisted by junior

Rachel White provided the team's second goal at 36:35 with an assist from sophomore
Megan O'Neal to give IWU a 2-0 lead at halftime.
Pettenuzzo kept the Titans rolling in the second half with an unassisted goal at 51:59, her seventh of the season. O'Neal provided one more insurance goal in the 79th minute to give IWU a 4-0 lead. The Vikings got their only tally from Sam Moreno, her 12th goal of the year, at 81:20..
Illinois Wesleyan outshot North Park 20-4 and had 13 shots on goal compared to one for the Vikings.

The Titans will travel for a non-conference match against University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Wednesday, Oct. 10 with a 7 p.m. kickoff. The Warhawks are out to snap a four-game losing streak and have a 6-7-1 overall record.
