BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- The Illinois Wesleyan women's team tied a school record with its 18th win and advanced to the championship match of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin postseason tourney with a 6-2 win over Carthage at Neis Field on Wednesday, Nov. 4.
The Titans on for the 11th straight time and improved to 18-1-0, equalling last year's win total of 18 for a season record, while the Lady Reds had their season end with a 6-12-1 record. The Titans will host Wheaton at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Neis Field for the CCIW tourney title and the automatic qualification for the NCAA Division III tournament.
The Thunder (14-6-0) won at Augustana, 2-1, Wednesday night on a goal by senior Kristin Rauh in the first overtime period (96:07).

Sydney Fox scored her 12th goal of the 2015 season just 1:20 into the contest on an assist from junior

The Titans led 4-0 before halftime as junior

Amanda Kaiser rescued a corner kick to score at 43:20.

Alyssa Dorning had a breakaway goal at 76:07 to cap the scoring for Illinois Wesleyan, who outshot the Lady Reds 22-7.
Carthage became the first team in 2015 to score two goals in a game against Illinois Wesleyan, who has allowed only seven goals all fall. The Lady Reds' tallies came from Maggie Washelesky at the 61:41 mark and Rachel Post at 81:54. Illinois Wesleyan freshman goalkeeper
