Box Score BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball got all 15 players in the scoring column in an easy 97-63 win over Milwaukee School of Engineering in the home opener at the Shirk Center on Tuesday (Nov. 25).
The Titans, ranked No. 8 in this week's D3hoops.com poll, improved to 3-1 overall and the Raiders slipped to 1-3.
The Titans led by just one at 8-7 with 17:33 to play in the first half before reeling off 16 straight points to claim a 24-7 lead and were never headed after that, extending the lead to as many as 30 in the first period and 40 in four occasions in the second period.
IWU held a commanding 45-29 rebounding edge in the game and contributed 26 assists for the 39 buckets in the contest. IWU was guilty of 10 turnovers to only seven for MSOE.
