Box Score BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The No. 23-ranked Illinois Wesleyan women's soccer team battled the No. 6-ranked Wheaton Thunder to a 0-0 tie through two overtimes at IWU's Neis Field on Homecoming Saturday, Oct. 18.
Illinois Wesleyan is now 10-3-1 overall and 2-1-1 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Thunder are 12-1-2 overall and 3-0-1 in CCIW play.
The Thunder outshot the Titans 20-14 and had nine corner kicks to six for Illinois Wesleyan, but IWU posted nine shots on goal that were saved by keeper Kelsey Graham compared to eight shots on goal for Wheaton that were handled by sophomore goalkeeper
