Illinois Wesleyan is now 7-9-0 and 1-3-0 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin as the Thunder improved to 13-3-0 overall and 3-1-0 in the CCIW.

Wheaton outshot IWU, 18-13, as goalkeeper Erick Eklin made five saves.

Stephen Golz opened the scoring at the 11:27 mark with his 10th goal of the year for the only first half scoring. Marshall Hollingsworth got his seventh goal of the year at 52:21 and Jon Clark ended the scoring with his first tally of the year at the 89:23 mark.
