BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan volleyball team won for the fourth and fifth straight time and improved to 6-1 this season after wins over Illinois College (3-0) and Bluffton (3-1) in the Barker Classic I at the Shirk Center on Saturday, Sept. 7.

The Titans beat Illinois College by scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-18, then topped Bluffton by scores of 25-14, 16-25, 25-22. 25-20.

"The team played really well today," said IWU head coach Kim Nelson-Brown. "Even at times when we were down, they remained composed and fought through.  The last match against Bluffton was a great match for us going into this next week."
