BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball team got five players in double figure scoring en route to an 89-67 win over Aurora in the championship game of the Beer Nuts Tip-Off Tournament at the Shirk Center on Saturday, Nov. 16.
The Titans (2-0) were led by the career-high 21 point effort of junior
Dylan Overstreet, while senior
Andrew Ziemnik (17), senior
Nick Anderson (14), junior
Alex Rossi (13) and senior
Victor Davis (11) also scored in double digits.
Overstreet had eight rebounds and six assists as Davis led the way on the glass with nine boards as IWU outrebounded the Spartans (0-2) by a 44-37 margin.
