The Illinois Wesleyan University women's soccer team will host a "Pink Zone - Play for the Cure" game on Saturday, Oct. 5 to benefit the Community Cancer Center in Normal. The game is at 2 p.m. against Elmhurst at IWU's Neis Field.
Among the items to be auctioned are:
• a Chicago Blackhawks jersey autographed by Patrick Sharp
• two sets of Chicago Bulls tickets with parking passes
• an autographed jersey from Norwich City (English Premier League)
• an autographed jersey from the Portland Timbers (Major League Soccer)
• a baseball autographed by Chicago White Sox pitcher Chris Sale
• a jersey autographed by Olympic women's soccer gold medalist Alex Morgan
There will be a raffle for gift certificates, "Play for the Cure" tee-shirts for sale for $10 and Rosati's pizza available for purchase during the game.
