BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Chase Salazar and Mitch Billimack scored second half goals as the Illinois Wesleyan men's soccer team posted a 3-0 win over Augustana on Saturday, Oct. 12, at IWU's Neis Field.

The Titans improved to 8-5-1 overall and 2-1 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Vikings slipped to 5-6-1 overall and 0-3 in the league.

The Titans outshot the Vikings, 16-4 and senior keeper Andrew Reed had the shutout with one save.

The Titans' first goal was an own goal in the 28th minute, while Billimack scored on an assist from Angelo Catalano at 53:12 and Salazar was assisted by Drake Leary and senior Declan Geraghty at 56:57.

IWU plays next at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 15) at Dominican University in River Forest, Ill.
