DECATUR, Ill. - Thirteen players got in the scoring column as the Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball team walloped Millikin 84-45 in Decatur, Ill., on Tuesday (Feb. 14).
The Titans improved to 18-6 overall and 9-4 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Big Blue remained winless in the league in 13 games and are 1-23 overall.

Victor Davis scored 11 and senior
John Koschnitzky added 10. Senior
Eliud Gonzalez handed out nine assists and scored five points.
IWU led by just 10 at halftime, 34-24, but used 58.5 shooting from the field (31 of 53) in the game to gain the huge advantage. Illinois Wesleyan had a 30-19 rebounding edge in the game, led by
Kevin Reed with seven boards.
IWU was 14 of 27 from 3-point range (.519) and made eight of their 10 free throws. Millikin made 16 of 43 from the field (.372) and 7 of 16 from the 3-point area (.438).
Nikko Robertson scored 11 points and Matt Merriman added 10 for the Big Blue.
The Titans will end their regular season with a home game at 7 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 18) against Elmhurst (12-12 overall, 6-7 CCIW) at the Shirk Center "Green Out" night - fans are encouraged to wear green to support the team, enjoy "Seniors' Night" and encourage campus-wide environmental sustainability.
A number of campus ecology groups will be on display in the lobby that night.
