BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan men's tennis team lost both of its matches and finished sixth in the 2011 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin tennis championships on Friday, May 6 at Bloomington's Evergreen Racquet Club.

IWU dropped a 5-4 verdict to Wheaton earlier in the day, then lost to No. 3-seed North Central, 6-0, in the fifth place match on Friday night.

North Central was upset earlier in the day by No. 6-seeded Elmhurst, 5-4.

The tournament's No. 5-seeded Titans, who finished with a 14-10 overall record, lost their last five dual matches of the year and were 3-8 after being 11-2 after a win over Elmhurst on April 9.
