Casey McIntosh provided two runs batted in as Illinois Wesleyan downed Millikin, 5-4, at Horenberger Field on Saturday, April 3.
The Titans improved to 8-8 overall and 3-0 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Big Blue slipped to 3-14 and 0-3 in the CCIW.
IWU got on the board with two in the first when
Brett Moore was hit by pitch and went to second when
Mike Morrissey reached on a fielder's choice and an error by the shortstop. McIntosh drove them both home with a double to left center.

Kevin Callahan were on base with singles in the fifth when Ladd launched his no-doubter over the right field fence.
Joe Sweeney improved to 2-0 as the winning pitcher, going five innings and allowing six hits while striking out four and walking two. Both of the runs he allowed were unearned.
Senior righthander
Paul Kabbes went three strong relief innings, striking out five, and senior lefty
Joe Froelich picked up the save as he induced a fly ball that turned into a double play to end the game when the Millikin runner at second base left early in attempting to tag and advance to third.
