Titan Men Lose 1-0 Soccer Match at Carthage

KENOSHA, Wis. - The Illinois Wesleyan men's soccer season came to an end with a 1-0 loss at Carthage on Sunday, Oct. 31.

The Titans finished 6-8-2 overall and 3-3-1 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while, with the win, Carthage finished 11-6-2 overall and claimed the No. 3 seed in the CCIW postseason tournament with a 4-2-1 record. The Red Men will play at No. 2-seed North Park on November 3.

The Titans had nine shots compared to 16 for the Red Men. Carthage's only goal came at the 75:38 mark on a shot by Rafal Zalewski, scoring for the fourth time this year, with an assist by Vladimir Schlageter.
