BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan volleyball team lost a four-set match to Heidelberg on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Shirk Center.

The Titans fell to 9-11 overall this year as they lost by scores of 16-25,20-25,25-22,20-25.

"In set three, we played the best defense I've seen so far this season," said IWU head coach Kim Nelson-Brown. We made some progress as a team this weekend and I hope we can build on that for next week's conference match."
IWU plays at Augustana at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5.

For the second straight weekend, sophomore Alex Hill was named to an all-tournament team. On Saturday, she had six kills, a dig and two blocks.
