Box Score Illinois Wesleyan 79, MacMurray 70 - Box Score, Dec. 12

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball team improved to 6-2 with a 79-70 home court decision over MacMurray on Dec.12.

Juniors Doug Sexauer and Sean Johnson led the Titans with 17 points in the game that the Titans trail, 46-43 with 15:03 to play. The Titans cut the lead to 46-45 then went ahead to stay on a Johnson 3-pointer with 14:06 left.

Sophomore Jordan Zimmer scored IWU's first nine points and finished with 13 and junior Travis Rosenkranz added 12 points with three assists. Zimmer also paced the Titans with eight rebounds as IWU outrebounded the Highlanders, 38-34.

MacMurray (1-8) had three players in double figure scoring, led by CJ McClellan with 20.
