Mike Eastman joined the Illinois Wesleyan University men's volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2025 season. Eastman moves into the assistant coaching position after concluding a stellar career for the Green and White this past spring. 

The program’s first All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin honoree, Eastman joins Mueller’s staff after an illustrious career, which includes being the program’s all-time kills, digs, and points record holder among a slew of others. Eastman, a member of the program’s inaugural team, appeared in 284 sets over 87 matches in his four years. The Chicago native racked up 897 kills, 437 digs, 67 total blocks, and 1048.5 points in his career. He became the first Titan to eclipse 1000 career points, and capped off his career with Second Team All-CCIW honors in 2024 after recording 256 kills, 128 digs, 28 aces, and 17 blocks in his senior campaign. 

A 2024 IWU graduate, Eastman obtained a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and allied health. He is pursuing his Master's in Business Administration at Illinois State University.
