Ali Carroll joined the flag football staff in the fall of 2026 and will begin her first year on staff.

Carroll, a central Illinois native, most recently completed her bachelors degree at Illinois State, where she served as a staff supervisor for three seasons, working with a variety of sports. She also completed internships for the Bloomington Bison and Heartland Community College and coached for three years at Illini Elite Volleyball Club.

Prior to ISU, she competed for one season on the women's volleyball team at Millikin.
