Illinois Wesleyan

Caelyn Bieterman (nee Steffens) enters her third season as assistant coach in 2026. Bieterman had one of the most prolific in Illinois Wesleyan women's soccer history. 

A 2022 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan, Bieterman is a three-time CCIW Offensive Player of the Year in 2019, 2021, and 2022 and led IWU to two NCAA Tournament appearances in 2019 and 2022. She was named an All-American by d3soccer.com in 2021 and was a Second Team All-American Selection by United Soccer Coaches in 2022. 

Bieterman is fifth in program history in goals (46) and points (109). She leads in career points per game (1.88), goals per game (0.79), and in made penalty kicks with four. In her senior season, Bieterman had a staggering 21 goals, which is a program record and 2.47 points per game. 

Bieterman has been volunteering with the Titans since 2023.
