Kelly Carlson

Kelly Carlson joined the women’s flag football coaching staff in August of 2025.

In the inaugural season, Carlson helped guide the team to an 11-5 record, scoring 20.67 points per game while limiting opponents to under 17 points per game. 

Carlson was a two-sport student-athlete at IWU and earned multiple Academic All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin honors. Carlson competed as part of the women's basketball and lacrosse teams for four seasons. She was a Second Team All-CCIW selection in lacrosse. 

Carlson graduated from IWU in 2023 and spent two years as a graduate assistant in the Titan athletic communications office. She earned her master's degree in sports administration from Illinois State University in May of 2025.
