Andrae Rimmer Sr. joined the coaching staff in October of 2025. 

In the inaugural season, Rimmer Sr. helped guide the team to an 11-5 record, scoring 20.67 points per game while limiting opponents to under 17 points per game. 

Rimmer Sr. has over 12 years of youth coaching experience in football. He has served as both assistant and head coach in flag football, earning a 24-3 record. He served as the 2025 Head Coach for the Sports 4 Life Athletics Middle School Flag Team and earned the Regular Season Championship. He has also coached for the Bloomington Knockers and the Columbia Knights Flag Football Programs. 

Andrae also serves as the upcoming Vice President for the Bloomington-Normal Fighting Irish Youth Football Program, where he continues to mentor young athletes and strengthen community athletics.
