The D3hoops.com "Player of the Year" and first team All-American for the 2012 national champions, Olivia Lett joined the Illinois Wesleyan coaching staff in 2013-14 season after spending the past year playing professionally for the Universitario de Ferrol basketball team in Spain.

As a player at IWU, she helped the Titans to the 2012 NCAA Division III national championship by averaging 21.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game for the 28-5 Titans.

A product of Pana, Ill., Lett transferred to Illinois Wesleyan in the middle of the 2009-10 season (sophomore year) from Division I Southern Illinois University. Lett graduated in 2012 with a degree in mathematics from Illinois Wesleyan.

She set IWU single-season records for points (719), field goals (251), free throws (167) and blocks (37) and was the Titans' leading scorer in 29 of 33 games.
In her career she finished No. 5 all-time in scoring with 1,354 points, No. 25 with 429 rebounds and tied at No. 11 with 240 assists.
She is No. 7 in both field goals (474) and free throws (271) and her free throw percentage of .829 is second best in an IWU career. She also ranks No. 10 with 135 career 3-pointers.

As a senior she was the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin "Player of the Year" and first team all-conference as well as being chosen CCIW "Player of the Week" five times. She was named "MVP" and chosen to all-tournament teams at both the Whittier (Calif.) Purple & Gold Poet Classic and the Wis.-Eau Claire Blugold Tournament.
Lett was a second team all-CCIW selection as a junior and was the CCIW "Player of the Week" once.

As a high schooler, Lett finished fifth in the 2008 Ms. Basketball of Illinois voting, first team all-state as a junior and senior, and scored the most points in Pana history for boys or girls with 2,439.
