Jenn (Jorgensen) Watson joined the Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball staff as a graduate assistant in 2012-13.

In college, Watson played at NCAA Division I University of the Pacific, where she redshirted. After a year at University of the Pacific, she transferred to NAIA Division II Grand View University and played three years.

While at Grand View, she played on two Elite Eight Teams. (2009-2010 and 2011-2012), was Midwest Collegiate Conference first team all three years, MCC player of the year two times. (2010-2011 and 2011-2012). Watson was also NAIA All American three times (2009-2010 3rd team, 2010-2011 1st team, 2011-2012 1st team) and was the 2012 NAIA Division II National Player of the Year. She was WBCA two time All-American (2010-2011 Honorable Mention, 2011-2012 1st team), WBCA 2012 Player of the Year Finalist, and CoSIDA Academic All-American 3 times, in addition to being the 2012 CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year.

Watson is currently in the Sport Management graduate program at Illinois State and was married in the summer of 2013.
