PERSONAL: Amanda Suzanne Murray…Born 11-17-89…High school coach: Debbie Coffman…Earned four letters at Central Catholic in volleyball, basketball and softball…Served as a captain and earned MVP honors her senior year with the Saints…Named to the first team of the Cornbelt all-conference squad and was a second team all-state selection in basketball as a senior…Also was a senior captain and MVP for the Saints’ softball team…First team all-conference and third team all-state as a shortstop…Has a large Wesleyan connection: Father, Mike Murray, played football and baseball for the Titans and now serving as the Defensive Coordinator for the football team…Uncle, Bob Murray, played baseball and now serves on the Wesleyan Admission Staff…Cousin, Kelly Murray, played softball and led the Titans to a third place finish in the national tournament in 2003…Majoring in chemistry with a pre-med concentration…She is the daughter of Mike and Anne Murray
