A two-time NAIA All-American pitcher in college, Megan Nonnemacher joined the Illinois Wesleyan softball staff as an assistant in 2015.
A 2014 graduate of St. Xavier University, she earned honorable mention on the NAIA All-America team and was chosen as the 2014 Capital One Academic All-America® College Division Softball Team Member of the Year. A first team All-Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference selection for the third year in a row, she helped the Cougars to a 47-9-1 record. A starter in 30 games as a senior, Megan went 23-3 with a 1.34 earned run average. She had 12 shutouts with 25 complete games, and recorded 164 strikeouts against just 47 walks.
She finished her career as the school's record-holder in strikeouts (713), wins (85), appearances (119) and games started (110). She is second in shutouts (39) and third in innings pitched (717) and complete games (97).
A three-time Capital One Academic All-America® selection, Megan is a native of Bloomington and a graduate of Normal Community High School.
