Mallery Pearson joined the athletic training staff prior to the 2024-25 academic year. Pearson will work primarily with men's soccer, bowling, and men's volleyball. 

Pearson comes to IWU after obtaining her undergraduate degree in kinesiology and her masters degree in athletic training from Loras College. A Toulon, Ill. native, Pearson worked with the Illinois Wesleyan football and women's volleyball team in the fall of 2023 as an intern. While at Loras, Pearson grabbed some clinical experience working with wrestling, softball, and indoor track and field. She also garnered clinical experience at University of Wisconsin-Platteville, working specifically with baseball. She also helped out the athletic training staff at Galena High School.
