Illinois Wesleyan

The 2023 campaign marks Grace Redman's third year as an assistant at Illinois Wesleyan on Brandon Mueller's staff. Redman joined the Illinois Wesleyan University men’s volleyball team as a graduate assistant beginning in the 2020-21 school year, and served as a graduate assistant for the 2021 and 2022 season. 

She graduated with her masters degree in May 2022 from Illinois State University, and now serves as an assistant coach for the men's volleyball program. 

Redman brings with her a wealth of coaching experience at the club level, most recently serving as the head coach at Horseshoe Volleyball Club for the past three years.

Redman, a native of Bellefonte, Penn., comes to IWU from The Pennsylvania State University. At Penn State, Redman earned her degree in kinesiology and movement science and graduated on the  dean's list.

During her time at Penn St, Redman interned with the Nittany Lions’ strength and conditioning department. She was also a member of the Penn State team lab as a Sports Psychology Research Assistant.

In her free time, Redman enjoys spending time with her pet fish and assessing technicals to her coworkers.
