Illinois Wesleyan

Alec Mucha joined the Illinois Wesleyan University men's volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2025 season. Mucha moves into a volunteer assistant coach position following a four-year career for the Green and White.

Mucha finished his career ranked third in blocks per set (0.60), fourth in attack percentage (.182), assisted blocks (83), and total blocks (97), and tied for fourth in solo blocks (14) in program history. Appearing in 160 sets over four seasons, Mucha finished his career with 145 kills, 23 aces, 53 digs, and 223 points. 

A 2024 graduate from IWU, Mucha obtained a Bachelor's degree in history.
