2020: Did not appear in a meet ... Season was cut short due to the COVID-19 outbreak ...

2019: NCAA Division III All-American with seventh place finish in shot put at national indoor championships (55 feet-5 inches) ... Also finished 18th in the weight throw (58 feet-8 inches) ... Won both the weight throw and the shot put and was chosen as the "Field Athlete of the Meet" at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin indoor track championships ... CCIW "Field Athlete of the Week" on Jan. 29 (Titan Open) ... Had indoor season bests of 55' 5" in the shot put and 61' 4.25" in the weight throw ... 

2018: Named to the All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin squad for the indoor shot put and weight throw events along with the outdoor discus, hammer, and shot put ... Named "Field Athlete of the Week" in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin on Jan. 23 (I-55 Triangular) ... Chosen as team's "Most Valuable Performer" ... Had indoor season bests of 51' 3" in the shot put and 56' 6" in the weight throw ... Had outdoor season bests of 51' 7.25" in the shot put, 140' 8" in the discus throw, and 168' 9" in the hammer throw ... 

2017: Winner of IWU's "Best Newcomer" team award ... Finished second in weight throw and fifth in shot put at indoor College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships ... Named to the All-CCIW squad for the outdoor discus, hammer, and shot put events ... Had indoor season bests of 48' 9 1/2" in the shot put and 50' 11 1/2" in the weight throw ...
