2009: CCIW Indoor: Finished 7th in weight throw.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned one letter for the Titan football team...Track team captain...In high school, earned three letters in football and was team Captain.

PERSONAL: Born July 11, 1987......Majoring in history at Illinois Wesleyan...Son of the late William Cook and the late Carol Cook.
