Illinois Wesleyan

A 2007 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan, Jon Blome started as a track assistant in 2014-15.

A pole vaulter, Blome was the top IWU performer for all four of his seasons in that event, both indoor and outdoor.

He had a vault of 15 feet 1/4 inches for a second place finish at the 2007 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin meet and got to 14 feet-6 inches in the 2007 outdoor season.

He is a native of Pekin, Ill., and attended Pekin High School.
