Peter Trunk will be a senior at Illinois Wesleyan in 2019-20 and is in his first year as a student assistant coach.
Trunk earned a letter in 2018 when he was elected to the first team of all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin squads and was chosen as the league's "Newcomer of Year". He was the co-winner of the team's "Rookie of the Year" award as he played in 18 games and started 10, scored 46 goals and assisted on 26. He also picked up 31 ground balls and caused two turnovers.
A native of Arlington Heights, Ill., and graduate of St.Viator High School, Trunk is majoring in business administration at Illinois Wesleyan.
