Conner O'Neil became an assistant men's golf coach for the 2018-19 season.
A 2018 graduate of IWU with a degree in mathematics, O'Neil was a first team All-American (Golf Coaches Association of America) as a senior and, as a junior and senior, was one of five Division III semifinalists for the 2017 Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year Award and one off 44 Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars for Division III. He was the Titans' MVP as a junior and senior and earned College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin "Men's Golfer of the Week" honors three times in his career.
O'Neil was the CCIW tournament medalist in 2017 and finished third in 2016 and was named to GCAA all-Central Region team in 2018 and 2017.
A native of Green Bay, Wis., and graduate of Notre Dame Academy, O'Neil shot a 66 at the GolfWeek D-III Invitational, tied for the second-lowest score in program history.
