AT TINLEY PARK HS: Three-year letterwinner playing volleyball and three year letterwinner playing basketball … In her sophomore season playing volleyball, she helped her team reach the super sectionals … She holds the single season kill record(413) in her junior season, and is the holder of the all time kills in a career record(979) which she broke in her senior season … She contributed to her basketball team winning the South Suburban Conference Championship in her junior season … In her senior season, Emily was named an All-Conference Basketball player … On her Senior night, Emily recorded a triple double with 27 points,18 rebounds and 13 blocked shots … Emily Ranked in the top 10 percent of her graduating class and graduated with high honors in both semesters … She also won the Board of Education Award for Excellence … Tallied 110.5 hours of community service in her junior and senior campaigns …
