Illinois Wesleyan

Rich Baldwin, a 1992 Illinois Wesleyan graduate and three-year letterman as a defensive tackle playing for Norm Eash, joined the Titan football staff in 2016.

Baldwin was an assistant football coach at Bloomington (Ill.) High School for 22 years and the Raiders' defensive coordinator from 2005 to 2015. Baldwin has also been coaching track at BHS since 1996.

Prior to returning to Bloomington area, Baldwin was an assistant football coach at Momence (Ill.) High School in 1993 and at Orangeburg-Wilkinson (S.C.) High School in 1994.

Baldwin has been a social studies teacher at Bloomington High School since 1994. He has three adult children - Allison, Lucas and Curtis.
