The Titan offense finished the 2018 season ranked in the top-10 nationally in eight statistical categories.

Before joining the IWU staff Hoskins spent the previous five seasons as the offensive coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where the Eagles earned victories of nationally ranked foes in 2011 (#16 UW-Oshkosh) and 2012 (#4 North Central). Prior to UWL Hoskins was the passing game coordinator, quarterbacks and wide receivers coach at Wartburg College.

In Hoskins' three seasons at Wartburg, the Knights went 26-8 and won IIAC titles in 2008 and 2010. Wartburg advanced to the NCAA Division III quarterfinals in 2008 and hosted a 1st round NCAA post-season game in 2010. Hoskins also served as Wartburg's recruiting coordinator since 2009, responsible for recruiting in Central Iowa, South Chicago Suburbs, and Southern Minnesota.

A 2006 graduate of Wartburg, Hoskins was an assistant coach at North Carolina Wesleyan College (2006-07) and St. Cloud State University (2007-08).

Hoskins and his wife, Elizabeth, are parents to Haylee, Addison, and Carter.
